The Greenham Oncology Centre Garden, Basingstoke Hospital

As part of the refurbishment to the Ark Cancer Charity's chemotherapy building at Basingstoke Hospital. we were commissioned to design a landscape scheme to complement the newly created entrance, paths and terrace, with the aim of providing a welcoming, uplifting and relaxing external area for patients and staff to enjoy - helping to provide a positive impact on the mental and physical health of users. The design incorporates bespoke raised beds, benches and a series of wooden arches, alongside sensory and screening planting. The unit will be officially opened by the Rt. Hon Countess Mountbatten of Burma in early July.
